• Minimum 8 GB RAM

• Windows 11

• Updated Google Chrome browser

• Stable internet connection

• Game DVR, Game Bar, and other screen recording or streaming applications must be disabled while using the application.

• Course access is linked to one registered mobile number.

• Each student can register 1 mobile device + 1 laptop.

• Access is permitted on one device at a time.

• Contact support for device switching.

• Login issues caused by personal devices, poor internet connectivity, or app updates do not qualify for refunds or extensions.

• Temporary technical glitches are generally resolved within 24–72 hours and are not considered grounds for refunds.
